MILET FLOUR

 Ingredients:

Made with 100% Senegalese harvested whole grain millet that is made into a flour.

Cooking Directions:

Bring water to a boil and pour the millet flour into the boiling water while stirring. Cook for about 10 minutes, add fresh milk or yogurt, or palm oil, or lemon. Very versatile and can be used for baking as well. Use it to make your own pizza dough, donuts, bread, etc.
