Ingredients:

Made with 100% locally harvested Senegalese millet that is washed and dried in the shade.

Cooking Directions:

Soak for 15 minutes, pour in boiling water, stirring, and cook for 20 minutes over low heat, add milk or yogurt. Used to make many delicious dishes, salty or spicy.
