Made with 100% locally harvested Senegalese Bissap Flowers. Thoroughly washed and dried in the shade and ground into a powder. Considered very good for your health, it is an excellent source of vitamin C, calcium, magnesium, and potassium.

Bissap is great just with added sugar but can easily be made a spiced-up drink by mixing in some ginger, cloves, allspice seeds, or even orange peels.
