Refunds

Unfortunately, we have a NO REFUND policy. If item is damaged upon arrival, we will work with the customer to provide a credit to their account in the amount of the purchase; or if item is in-stock, we will ship a replacement item to the customer..​

EXCHANGE

 If you would like to EXCHANGE the merchandise:

Please email: mamafaye@taarumajeure.com prior to returning your merchandise 

Merchandise has to be returned within 7 business days from the date the merchandise is received in order to receive a store credit..

 

Please follow the following instructions prior to returning:

Here are the steps to returning/exchanging the product:

  • Please send pictures of the product to mamafaye@taarumajeure.com prior to  mailing the return. Pictures of the bottom, top and side of the shoes are required prior to the return.
  • Please wait for our team to approve the return; we will send an approval email within 2 business days of receiving the pictures.
  • Please make sure the product is in its original packaging; meaning the stuffing and plastic must be inside each shoe.
  • If the product is not in its original packaging, we will not accept the return. The package will be mailed back to the receiver and we will not accept it back
  • Please ship the return to the following address:

  • Please add your order number and name on the outside of the shipping box; please do not write on the shoe box.
  • Customers are responsible for ALL shipping costs; that includes shipping the return to us.
  • Once we receive the return, the return will be inspected within 7 business days. The customer will be notified that we received the return within 7 business days.
  • A store credit will be applied to the customer’s account; then the customer can apply their store credit to their next purchase. The store credit will be in the form of an Taaru Majeure e-gift card.
  • The Taaru Majeure e-gift card will be sent to the email address on file.(The customer will only be credited the cost of the item and not the original shipping cost. We cannot credit the original shipping cost since there is a shipping cost associated with each transaction.)

 

We will take full responsibility if merchandise is damaged in transit to the customer.
