Our standard shipping is 5 business days processing; 3-4 business days shipping.
International shipping is 3 business days processing; 6-10 business days shipping.
Purchased items will be shipped within 5 business days after the date of purchase (excluding weekends) with the exception of Pre-orders, which will have an estimated ship date.
Preorders are orders placed for an item that has not yet been released. Payment will be taken at the time of purchase for any item that has PREORDER listed. The date in the description of the item is an estimated ship date, which means we expect this item to arrive to us on that date and it will ship to the customer on that date.
Merchandise can arrive before or after the expected date in the description, so if there is a delay we will notify the customer via email.
Due to a generous amount of orders; The shipping timeframe is 5-10 business days for processing; and 2-3 business days for shipping.
Please keep in mind during the holidays there can be a delay due to UPS delivery schedule. Also during the holiday season, we are closed the day before the holiday and the day of the holiday.
If there is a delay in your shipment, you will be notified via email or phone.
Once your order has been shipped, we will send USPS tracking information to the email address on the order form.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Since tracking labels are PRE-PRINTED, tracking information will not be available until USPS scans the package.
